Initial Evaluation & Self-Awareness
In this first stage, we’ll take time to understand where you’re at right now. We’ll explore your patterns of overgiving and how they’ve impacted different areas of your life, from relationships to self-esteem. Through thoughtful conversation and reflection, you’ll start to become more aware of where and why these patterns show up.
Define, Build, Communicate
Now that we’ve identified your patterns, we’ll focus on building strong, healthy boundaries. Together, we’ll define what boundaries look like for you and practice how to communicate them assertively. You’ll learn how to set these boundaries without feeling guilty and how to stay calm and centered during difficult conversations.
Implementation & Accountability
This stage is all about taking what we’ve worked on and applying it in real life. We’ll check in regularly to discuss how your boundary-setting is going and make adjustments where needed. I’ll be here to provide accountability and support as you experience the shifts these boundaries bring to your life.
Empowerment & Growth
By now, you’ll be feeling empowered and in control. We’ll reflect on the journey and how much you’ve grown, ensuring you have the tools and confidence to maintain these boundaries long-term. This stage is about consolidating everything we’ve worked on so that you can continue to thrive, feeling fully empowered to say no without guilt.
